Eat Fruit For Breakfast!

Why should you eat fruit for breakfast?

Breaking your night "fast" in the morning with heavy foods like meat and eggs is incredibly hard on the body. Instead, consuming lighter foods like fruit will help your body more efficiently ease off your fast, and leave you feeling fresh and energized (instead of tired and moody, and wanting to consume as much caffeine as you can to try your best to wake up). Fruit naturally energizes and feeds your cells with the glucose it needs! So instead of bacon and eggs, opt for a fresh revitalizing smoothie or a mono-meal of your favourite fruit! (Note: a mono-meal is a meal consisting of one fruit at a time, for example, a meal of a bunch of strawberries)
